DIVINE FEMININE Essential Oil
This 100% pure and natural essential oil is sweet, fresh, feminine and very effective.
It consists of pure and highly concentrated ORANGE oil which increases well- being, libido and happiness, but also acts as a stagnation reliefer for PMS pain together with ROSMARY, which is known to be beneficial to help aid with migraines, poor memory, and digestive issues. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Rosemary is said to treat wind-damp-cold, resolves phlegm, and tonifies yang.
The high amount of FRANKINCENSE gives the FEMININE essential oil a very high frequency, reduces feelings of anxiety, stimulates the immune system, and diminishes signs of aging.
LAVENDER fights stress and nourishes the batteries of our bodies, the kidneys. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, lavender is used to treat infertility and anxiety. Together with VANILLA oil, which has a calming effect on the brain and helps with stress, insomnia and irritability, this mixture of essential oils is not only a delicious, natural parfum, but also a very powerful plant medicine.
My personal recommendations and how I am using the DIVINE FEMININE ESSENTIAL OIL:
This oil is very potent in relieving PMS pain, cramps, mood swings as for example tendencies to anger or sadness. I recommend to put a few drops on your lower abdomen after ovulation until you receive your moon days and to use it until day three of your period. If you have not too much stagnation/pain you can start with it also just 1-2 days before your moon days or at the same day. I just use some drops of the pure oil, but please check with your skin if it is ok for you and not too strongly concentrated. Otherwise mix it with a high-quality body oil or lotion.
REMEMBER:
If you are tanning the next day your lower abdomen please use a sunscreen. This is also important for the face. This oil contains a very potent 100% pure orange oil which increases sun sensitivity.
As an anti-stress treatment: mix in equal parts DIVINE FEMININE essential oil and DIVINE MASCULINE essential oil and then apply to the inner hollow of the wrist.
I am using a very little amount of the DIVINE FEMININE essential oil in my night cream/serum/ day cream with a sunscreen over and love to enjoy the deeply nourishing and cleansing, anti-aging effects of the vitamin C inside. Since I am using it, I never get any sun spots/ hyperpigmentation, even not while living in the tropics.

DIVINE MASCULINE Essential Oil
This potent, 100% pure, essential oil is a perfect gift for the beloved men in your life. It smells woody, mystical and it remembers of one thousand and one nights.
Modern studies have found that PATCHOULI helps to boost one’s mood as it stimulates the production of the two hormones serotonin and dopamine, which leads to a reduction of stress. Some active ingredients in Patchouli act as a sedative to improve sleep quality. CHINESE MEDICINE confirms that it has the power to boost one’s libido by promoting the production of sex hormones, dispel sexual anxiety and treat sexual problems as for example impotence and erectile dysfunction.

Anti-Aging Rose Serum
This serum is handmade with ancient Korean wisdom to promote beautiful skin and anti-aging. It gets produced in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The brand’s name is HERB DEE KA.
You can choose between a light and a super strong version. I am using the strong version sometimes at night and the soft version for the day. The strong version can make the skin red as there are very high amounts of hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and galactomyces ferment filtrate inside. If you have sensitive skin please only go for the lighter version or dilute the strong version with a less potent serum.
What are the benefits of galactomyces for the skin?
- It strengthens your moisture barrier.
- It minimizes the appearance of pores.
- It controls sebum production and the skin will be nourished but clean.

Handmade in the north of Thailand with completely natural, regional ingredients this HERB DEE KA peeling keeps your skin healthy, clean and nourished.
This peeling is suitable for the whole body and 100% natural. There are no additive or artificial ingredients inside. Honey is anti- aging; sea salt has antiseptic properties. Thanaka is a nutrient-dense paste packed with vitamin E, which protects the skin against free radicals.

This is my favorite essential unisex oil. It has a delicious smell and is 100% pure and natural, produced carefully by the company Khadi Natural Healthcare in India.
This oil has many benefits from moisturizing the skin, bringing antiseptic and aphrodisiac properties to calming inflammation and the nerve system. This delicious oil helps to ease depression as well. You can use it for massage, bath, diffuse it and as a natural parfum. I, myself, just use essential oils as parfums. There are so many different sandalwood scents, but this natural sandalwood oil is special and especially delicious. It is also a perfect gift as it will arrive in a beautiful box, with a separate dropper.
My personal recommendations and how I am using the ESSENTIAL SANDALWOOD OIL:
- I recommend to use it for dry skin massages with your Gua Sha stone.
Either you use the DIVINE FEMININE essential oil to enjoy all the deeply nourishing and cleaning anti-aging effects of the vitamin C or you use this softer version for your face massage, which is also very effective: Natural Sandalwood Essential Oil with for example Almond oil.
- I use it as a parfum pure or with the other essential oils together. Apply the oil to the back of your knees and everyone will enjoy your delicious appearance J

GUA SHA STONE- ROSE QUARTZ
It consists of 100% real Rose quartz of the best quality!
In my opinion this or the jade stone is the only tool which you will need for your daily (best two times) GUA SHA face massage. With such a small, but very practical stone, which is perfectly suitable for travelling as well, and you can activate acupressure points in your face and on your neck, which will not only lead to a cleaner and a more beautiful skin, but also to a healthier life.
My GUA SHA stones help with relieving facial tension, reducing eye puffiness and improving lymphatic flow throughout the body. By lymphatic flow, we mean moving waste fluids away from a tense area, using massage and a gentle to firm pressure. I believe a GUA SHA massage is one of the best anti-aging and rejuvenation tools and that every woman or man on this planet should at least have tried.
My personal recommendations:
- I personally clean my stones under lukewarm drinking water and I have a very clean skin since I am using them. If you feel like you prefer to clean them in a natural lavender or sea salt bath or with a high-quality soap.

- If you do Botox injections please wait at least 10 days until you use the stone again for your face massage.
- Please be careful not to smash GUA SHA stones on the floor as they can break.
Benefits of a Gua Sha massage:
