Das Yoga-Magazin

Since 2018 I am a regular host of “The Yoga Magazine° – a regular TV show of ORF – the largest media company in Austria. The show provides expert tips from doctors and therapists, and news from the national and international yoga scene.

Rendezvous im Paradies

In 2015 I participated in a reality TV show for PULS 4 – an Austrian private television station owned by ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. As part of the show I also hosted a number of side events, including giving yoga lessons.

Khandas (Kaanda) means “aggregates, groupings”. In Buddhism, it refers to the five aggregates concept that asserts five elements constitute and and completely explain a sentient beings mental and physical existence.

The five aggregates are form, sensations, perceptions, mental activity and consciousness.

The khandas explain what is a “being or individual” and the khandas theory complements that anatta doctrine of Buddhism which says that all things and beings are without self. When you understand that you are not bound by any of the five khandas, you become skillful to reducing the ego.
