Ayurvedic Walking Massage is done by the feet and the client is lying down fully dressed during the entire process.

Walking Massage is a very old method of massage coming from India. It gives the masseuse the opportunity to perform a deeper and stronger massage with less effort. Walking massage is used in culturing a healthy energy system that maintains the overall health of the person. It is also used in healing acute health problems.

Detoxify your organs and relieve symptoms caused by stress

Chi Nei Tsang

Chi Nei Tsang is a beautiful and soft abdominal massage. The stomach is usually very sensitive and stores many emotions and traumas. With Chi Nei Tsang you can release those stored emotions. Some clients might have a strong release after Chi Nei Tsang in physical or emotional form, or in both forms. It helps with digestive problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome, bloating and constipation. It eliminates toxins in the gastrointestinal tract and promotes lymphatic drainage. It releases stress. The origins are coming from a Chinese, Taoist practice. It quickly releases tension, sickness and relief to the abdomen.

The ancient Taoists understood that negative emotions cause serious damage to a person’s health, impairing both physical and spiritual functions. They realized that each human emotion is an expression of energy and that certain emotions could indicate the negative energy behind many physical ailments. They also identified a specific cycle of relationships between the emotions and the organs. For example, the experience of a “knot” in one’s stomach indicated the presence of worry.

The Taoists discovered that many bodily illnesses could be healed once the underlying toxins and negative forces were released. They developed the art of Chi Nei Tsang to clean the body and transform negative energies that obstruct the internal organs. This massage clears out the toxins, and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that cause problems to the organs.
